






Continuous Improvement Manager at the Heart of the Nordic Green Transition

Join Nordic Regional Coordination Center (RCC), a rapidly growing company with a pivotal role in the clean energy transition and with the vision of bridging Nordic power systems to enable to green energy transition. To achieve this, the Nordic RCC based in Copenhagen develops and provides key services to the four Nordic Transmission System Operators (TSO).
About the role
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to establish and drive a user-centric approach to enhancing our services. This approach will cater to all users of Nordic RCC services—internal teams, TSO operators, external stakeholders, and society at large.
Since the continuous improvement process is still in the early stages of design, the role and responsibilities may evolve over time. You'll work closely with the Head of Service Development to shape and refine the role. As a result, you'll have a significant impact on shaping this role and its scope.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the alignment of company priorities with the service improvement pipeline.
Responsibilities
Process Design & Execution
- Develop and implement continuous improvement processes in close collaboration with the Head of Service Development and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and adjust feedback mechanisms to ensure their effectiveness.
Stakeholder engagement
- Partner with the Training Manager to build strong relationships with TSO and RCC operators, encouraging active participation.
- Act as the central point of contact between operators, service owners, product owners, and where needed also the technical teams.
- Maintain transparency by sharing feedback summaries and progress reports with all stakeholders.
- Promote initiatives that strengthen the relationship between all parts of the organization and the TSOs.
Continuous improvement
- Design and implement feedback mechanisms and manage their long-term effectiveness.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, observation sessions, and quick feedback sprints.
- Track feedback progress and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of changes.
- Maintain an improvement backlog across services, collaborating with relevant teams to prioritize actions.
- Help to identify, cultivate, and drive enhancement initiatives across our products and services
KPIs and learning
- Work closely with the Data & Analytics department and service owners to establish and track KPIs that measure service value.
- Use KPIs to drive improvements and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Pipeline management and prioritisation
- Oversee one or more backlogs for service improvements, ensuring progress on feedback implementation.
- Prioritize feedback and update the pipeline to reflect evolving needs.
- Consolidate improvements into the Nordic RCC pipeline and assist with IT developer capacity planning.
- Host quarterly pipeline meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Review, prioritize, and approve change requests based on company priorities.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to align sprint planning with business priorities.
We are looking for

- MSc degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management or similar
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kaizen, Lean, Design Thinking, or Project Management methodologies.
- Strong facilitation and engagement skills
- Open-minded, team-oriented and take responsibility.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- While experience in the energy sector is an advantage, it is not a requirement. Rather, experience with user involvement is preferred.

Your daily workplace will be in our newly furnished office premises in Copenhagen Towers, Ørestad. The position involves some travels in Europe to meet stakeholders and colleagues from other RCCs and Nordic TSOs.
