






Lead Developer to support the Green Energy Transition

Your role
As a Lead Developer in Application Development, you will join a collaborative team of 23 developers. Together, you will design, develop, and maintain the internal applications, powering our current and future business services. In this role, you will go beyond quick fixes, embracing a holistic approach to problem-solving. Collaborating across applications, you will drive areas of improvement that enhance the robustness and effectiveness of our application landscape. Working closely with architects, product owners, engineers, and operators, you will align technical solutions with user needs for ongoing and upcoming development projects.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C# and .NET, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate Across Disciplines, working closely with architects, product owners, engineers, and UX designers to build solutions that meet business and operational needs
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, following established patterns and standards
- Contribute to improving system architecture by identifying areas for technical refinement, refactoring, or modernization
- Ensure quality and stability by participating in code reviews
- Support operational excellence by helping diagnose and resolve production issues and continuously optimize existing systems
- Sharing knowledge and expertise with peers, supporting skill growth within the team without formal line management responsibilities

We’re looking for someone with:
- Collaborative Attitude: You will be working closely together with our team of Application Architects, driving architectural decisions for supporting maintainable, scalable and robust systems
- Solid Foundation: A degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Proven Expertise: Minimum 5 years’ experience as full-stack developer in C# for the .NET platform. Previous experience as a lead developer is definite plus
- Nice to have: Experience working with functional programming, Clean Architecture principles, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes and Scrum processes.
- Energy Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the power systems domain is a plus but not required.
