Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) provides critical services and insights to support the national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark — to ensure the efficient operation and use of the Nordic power system and high security of power supply at any time.
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Operations Manager to ensure the stability, availability, and quality of our mission‑critical systems. You will be accountable for day‑to‑day IT operations, manage SLAs with business and vendors, and drive data‑driven monitoring and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern SLAs, service catalogues, KPIs, and escalation paths
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of mission‑critical services
- Manage vendor performance, compliance, and escalations
- Support financial governance, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Ensure structured handover to operations for new systems and services
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or similar roles
- Strong ITIL and service governance experience
- Proven SLA design, service reporting, and KPI ownership
- Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability
- Strong stakeholder communication and financial understanding
